Current Stage
• Subscription service replaced the old paradigm of cable subscription by offering customers low prices and numerous options
Problem
• Users have to subscribe to multiple video streaming services to catch up with the latest trending shows because each service offers different contents
• Enrolling in multiple video subscription services is not cheap
• Extra steps of searching for ratings and reviews on google make the experience especially effortful
Unmet Need
• A utility that brings up all video subscriptions like a television channel

• Automatically enroll and cancel subscriptions for users
• Flexible and personalized watchlist planner according to user's budget and preference

Significant Findings
5 out of 6 interviewees find subscription plans too expensive when they add up. Sharing accounts was the most widely used solution.

Valued the following in order of priority when subscribing to a service:
Concept: Design a predictive experience
Based on the shows and movies coming down the pipeline for each service, this service advises consumers on the combination of services to subscribe to, so that they can maximize the shows they may like while, at the same time, maximizing savings from subscribing to multiple content providers.
